So much to be thankful for

Thankful Tuesday 1/10

I find it so hard to be thankful sometimes...yes, I have so much to be thankful for, but it's so much easier to ignore those things and find things to complain about.

With Thanksgiving coming up in a couple of weeks, I was challenged, and would like to challenge you, to take out one day a week for the next 10 weeks to be thankful for!

Let's find things we're thankful for... let's count our blessing, name them one by one! When you're tempted to complain, think of one thing you're thankful for, it will make such a difference in your day!

Today, I'm thankful for MY SALVATION!

My salvation is by far the most wonderful thing that has happened to me! 

I'm thankful that the God loved me enough to send His only son to die for my sins! There could be no greater gift!

Happy Saturday!!!!

After weeks of extremely hot weather, we woke up to a beautiful day!!! I am so excited and just can't get over it! It rained...which is extremely rare for this time of the year and it's 62 degrees! BEAUTIFUL, just PERFECT!

I was reminded of this beautiful verse as I looked out the window this morning...

Hubby is home for the day, and we got to sleep in and have a family cuddle time and "king" of the bed game this morning! I love days like this! I think it's as close to heaven as it can get!

Thank-you Lord for your mercies!!! Than-you for the nice relief from the hot and dry weather! Thank-you for my amazing hubby and baby boy!!!

Another year...

It's hard to believe that in a few hours I will be a year older!!!

I've been reminiscing about the last year today and I can really say this last year has been a very blessed one.
The Lord has done so much for me and I am so thankful for his ever loving hand on my life and the life of those around me!

Here are some things I am thankful for:

I am so thankful for my amazing husband! I am sooooo thankful he picked me!!!

I am so grateful for the gift of being a mommy to the sweetest and adorablest baby boy!!! I couldn't have asked for a better one!!

I am surrounded by wonderful people... my family, friends, and brothers and sisters in Christ! Thank-you Lord!

The Lord has been working on me! He hasn't given up on me yet! Hallelujah!!!

I am one blessed & happy lady!!

Thank-you Heavenly Father for the wonderful gifts you have given me! I couldn't ask for more. You've been so good to me, beyond what I deserve and I praise you and thank-you for these 24 years you've given me!
